The team repeated as Champions in 1995 with a memorable run as the 6th seed in the West. "Akeem The Dream", who had averaged 35.3 points and 12.5 rebounds in the conference finals, was named the Finals MVP, becoming only the second player after Michael Jordan to win the award two years in a row.
