Rare Slim Fit BLACKBURN ROVERS FC away Long Sleeved shirt with HSA Health-Wise, It Pays sponsor from 2003/2004 season worn when The Blue and Whites finished 15th in Premier League with Graeme Souness as manager.
 
Shirt has all replica differences. Made in Italy from 90% Polyester and 10% Elastane. Long sleeved version not commercially available.
