These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions on which we offer to supply to you products advertised on this Website.
All references in these terms of use and conditions of sale to the “website” or “Website” refer to this website www.footballholics.com; to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to footballholics.com; and to “you” and “your” are to you, the user / buyer.
This Website is designed for you — please read these terms and conditions as they protect your interest, and if you have any comments, problems or any questions regarding our Website and/or products and services featured, please get in touch with us.
By using or accessing our Website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
In order to place an order you must first register this, is simply for postage purposes. You must ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete, if it is incorrect any contractual obligation between us is immediately made null and void. So please ensure you keep any information you supply up to date, especially when making an order. By using this website you agree to our terms of use if you do not then you should exit.
Postage:
We are sending shirts to every point in the world. Packages are generally dispatched ASAP after receipt of payment and are shipped via Registered Air Mail with Tracking Number (except during holidays and times of high demand). If you prefer delivery by another carrier, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Once your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email from us. If for any reason you have not heard from us, or have any questions, send an email with your order number to shop@footballholics.com.
Delivery times/postages
After the item has been shipped, we are unable to control the shipment times, however the following timescales are a good general guide.
Europe shipments are generally received within 7-14 working days. It can sometimes (very rarely) take longer, but many shipments are received in as little as 3-5 working days.
International Shipments (outside Europe) are generally received within 2-3 weeks. It can sometimes (very rarely) take longer, but many shipments to the most popular destinations (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia) are received in 1 week.
Customs and Import Charges
Charges for import and customs duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We have no control on these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost would be.
We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so that you know the total cost of your item.
Delivery and return policy
We reserve the right to change the contents of this Website, including the Postage and Returns Policy at any time without notice, by posting such changes on the Website. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the Postage and Returns Policy to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your use of this Website following the posting of any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Postage and Returns Policy.

Secure payment
When you order anything from footballholics.com your order is made over a secure connection. This means that all the personal information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Encryption is used on all pages within the buying process, making shopping on footballholics.com as safe as possible. At no point do any of our team view any of your card details, these are kept completely private at all times.

Returns policy:
We advise you to closely read the description of size and would fit size (this information is given to you at every page). We accept returns for items, this must be done within 14 days as long as the item is in its original condition and the procedure is much more efficient if you e-mail us as soon as you wish to return the item.
Right of withdrawal
I. We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Footballholics.com.
II. We therefore recommend that you read all information about product carefully (especially about condition and size, take notice at length and width of item). To ensure a full understanding of the product.
III. All complaints and queries should be submitted by e-mail to shop@footballholics.com
Customer complaints are processed as soon as possible and no longer than within 14 days.
IV. We accept cancellation of orders at any point prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel an order following dispatch, you will be required to follow the 'Returns Policy'.
V. A consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and free of chargé, except costs specified in art. 33, art. 34 section 2 and art. 35 of the Act of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights.
VI. We accept returns for items. All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item as long as the item is in its original condition. After 14 days, Footballholics.com cannot accept returns for any reason.
VII. We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition. This does not include the removing of an item from a bag, but it does include the removal of tags.
VIII. Remember, if you contact us in the first instance outlining your particular problem, immediately, we will be able to offer a more efficient returns procedure.
IX. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
X. We will only be liable for the postage costs on behalf of a buyer in returning an item, if the item's condition description is severely incorrect.
XI. Again: We therefore recommend that you read all information about product carefully.
Age:
If you are under the age of 18 you must ask get permission from your parents or guardian before you attempt make a purchase and also please discuss these terms and conditions with your parents or guardian. By continuing with a purchase you are confirming that you have received the necessary consent from your parents or guardian.

We may amend the site and product descriptions at any time; this will only serve to provide a better service to you though.
We reserve the right to change the contents of this Website, including the Delivery and Returns Policy at any time without notice, by posting such changes on the Website. In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the commonly applicable regulations of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the 18th of July 2002 Act on Rendering of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2002 no. 144, pos. 1204 further amended).
For Sales Agreements concluded before the 24th of December 2014 with consumer Customers – provisions of the 2nd of March 2000 Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Hazardous Product Liability (Journal of Laws of 2000 no. 22, pos. 271 further amended), and the 27th of July 2002 Act on Specific Terms and Conditions of Consumer Sale and Amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002 no. 141, pos. 1176 further amended).
For Sales agreements concluded after the 25th of December 2014 with consumer Customers – the provisions of the 30th of May 2014 Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws of 2014 pos. 827 further amended); as well as other corresponding provisions of commonly applicable law.
