Rare HUDDERSFIELD TOWN AFC polo Player Issue shirt from 2012 Football League One Play-off Final worn when The Terriers won 8–7 on penalties after goalless match and gained promotion to the Championship.

Shirt has all replica differences. Fully embroidered crest with three stars over badge and 'Npower League 1 Play-Off Final, Wembley Stadium, Saturday 26th May 2012' match details. Kit worn by the squad and staff. Design not commercially available.
