2000-01 Newcastle Falcons Player Issue Third Shirt

Extremely rare NEWCASTLE RUGBY CLUB FALCONS third Player Issue shirt from 2000/2001 season worn when The Falcons led by head coach Steve Bates and legendary Jonny Wilkinson won Tetley's Bitter Cup at Twickenham.

Shirt has all replica differences. Fully embroidered Premier Rugby patch on left sleeve. Neon Equipment label on lower left side. Fully embroidered crest and Adidas logo. Machine stitched Three Stripes on sleeves. Protective backing to inside of crest and Adidas logo. 'Northern Rock' sponsor and additional 'Mi Services Group' on upper back. Club badge features more detailed embroidery compared with replicas. No Adidas taping inside collar. Much lighter material made from 100% Polyester (replicas were made from 60% Cotton and 40% Polyester). Reinforced collar. Design not commercially available to this specification.
