Rare OFFALY GAA home shorts with classic O'Neills design and green Three Stripes from 1996/2001 seasons when The Faithful County led by manager Michael Bond won 1998 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship. In the final Brian Whelahan delivered one of his greatest-ever performances and was once again honoured as Texaco Hurler of the Year, the first player to win the title on two occasions. The Central County also won 1997 Leinster Senior Football Championship, 1997 & 1998 O'Byrne Cups and their only National Football League in 1998. Similar design was also used by KERRY GAA in early 2000s.
