Extremely rare HERTHA BSC BERLIN home Match Issue shirt with classic design design from 1996/1997 season worn when Die Alte Dame won promotion to the Bundesliga. It ended Berlin's six-year-long drought without a Bundesliga side which had made the Bundesliga the only top league in Europe without representation from its country's biggest city and capital.
On the back there's official number 20 and name Hertha "Squad of the Century" member AXEL KRUSE!
Shirt has all replica differences. Correct player size and style plastic material print professionally heat pressed on the back. No stitched Adidas patch on lower front. Light plastic material crest on left side (replicas has placed centrally machine stitched badge). Fully embroidered Adidas logo with ® detail (not present on replicas). Bigger 'Trigema' sponsor than on replicas. Signed by few unknown players on the front and number. Design not commercially available to this specification.
Original over 25 years old jersey, not another retro!
